PREPRINT SETUP

Scanning only and archiving to a CD is $150.00 per image. 
Color Proofing from a scan provided is $150.00 per image.
Scanning and proofing direct from the original or transparency is $200.00 per image.

This price includes three color proofs at approximately 7" x 10" on one substrate.  Additional proofing at $35.00 per proof and additional substrate proofing is $60.00 per substrate.

Originals for scanning are removed and replaced from frames at a charge of $35.00.

PRINTING

All paper and canvas sheet sizes for the Iris printer are 35”x47" 

140lb Somerset Velvet Paper @ $190.00 per sheet. 
300lb Somerset Textured and Satin Paper @ $220.00 per sheet
Bulldog Blue Dot canvas sheets @ $240.00 per sheet
Iris canvas prints are stretched onto stretcher bars @ $25.00 per stretch.

Canvas prints for the Mutoh printer are $21.00 per sq. ft.. Canvas stretches up to 40" x 60"  are 60 cents per united inch side stapled on 3/4" bars and 80cents per united inch for gallery wrap onto 1.25" bars
 

All canvas prices include two coats of ultraviolet protecting, solvent borne, vinyl elastic clear coat applied professionally with a high volume low pressure spray gun. 

Images are trimmed to size at no additional costs. 

Volume discounts for the same image are 15% for 5 sheets and 25% for 10 sheets.
Minimum order is one sheet per image. 

INSURANCE 

The artist/owner is responsible for insuring all artwork left with ZheeClay Arts Ltd. We will take the utmost care in handling artwork but cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. ZheeClay Arts Ltd. cannot assume any responsibility for delays in printing or scanning due to equipment failure. We restrict our liability to the cost of the prints and services we have provided.



ARCHIVING AND STORAGE

All digital files created to produce the printed images on behalf of the artist remain the property of ZheeClay Arts Ltd. Copies of the digital scans are available at $35.00 per image.

COMPUTER WORK

Computer retouching such as signature removal or unwanted marks in the transparency or original is charged at $25 per ?hour. Artist wishing to manipulate images and colors during proofing may work with the operator at a charge out rate of $25 per 1/4 hour. (Minimum charge $25.00) 

PAYMENT

Scanning and proofing charges are to be prepaid. 

In order to maintain our level of service, discounts, and pricing all print orders require a 50% deposit and balance due on a C.O.D. basis. For your convenience we accept Visa, cash or checks. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Packaging, shipping and insurance of all prints, proofs, and originals is for the client’s account.  Every precaution is taken in packing the prints for shipment and ZheeClay Arts liability ends with the acceptance by the carrier.

TURNAROUND TIME

Allow 10 days for the scanning and proofing process and 10-15 days for printing once the color approved color proof is received.
